Located in the heart of Rolling wine yards in the Serene Green & Cool Nasik valley Mercury Winery with a built up area of 35000 sq feet and the most morden equipment is perhaps the finest in this part of  India .Throughout History Nasik has emerged as the best grape growing region in India,Within the valley regions have emerged that possess distinct microclimates and terrains, imprinting recognizable characteristics on the grapes grown within them.This combined with a state of the art production facility at our Winery makes for a winning combination. Restricting the yield on each vine with effective Controls to enhance the quality is an integral part of our process.

The winery is located at NASIK in the best grape growing region of India. At Mercury Winery we do our utmost to ensure that the vintage reflects our wines' full potential of the magnificent Indian terroir, creating an individual identity to each wine which is well structured,elegant, crisp and fruity. Our chief wine maker & consultant Mr. Stephen Donnelly from UK carries 25 year's of experience in wine making across continents and has been involved from the initial stages. Stephen says that "This is my first vintage in India and I am delighted with the wine that has been produced and compares favorably with the world market. All the wines have been produced to EEC standards. Mercury wine is best drunk young to enjoy its vibrant, fresh & fruity flavours".
Mercury Winery has been equipped with temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and al! the equipment has been imported from Italy,including a fully automated bottling line.

 At Mercury Winery we share the belief that the very best comes from pure soil,pure rainfall and most of all a pure heart  and hence the choice of establishing a Winery at Ozhar situated in the Serene, Nasik.
